How does the process work?
01.Free Quick Connect CallBefore we dive in, we’ll talk through your business and your needs to find the right starting point - whether that’s getting your books in order or doing a Review of Books first. This is also a great chance to see if we’re a good fit for working together.
02.OnboardingOnce you’re feeling confident about working together, you’ll sign an engagement agreement, pay your first invoice, and then we’ll discuss your onboarding checklist.
03.SetupI’ll take a close look at your books, tidy up any mistakes, and set up any new systems your business needs to keep things running smoothly.
04.Catch-up or begin monthly routineIf your books need a little catching up, I’ll get everything in order. If not, we’ll focus on the first month of bookkeeping. At the end, we’ll have a review call where we walk through your reports, make sense of the numbers, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident with this new routine.
05.Repeat & flourishEvery month, we’ll connect to review the details of your finances, discuss potential tax planning strategies, and answer any questions along the way, so you always feel on top of your numbers.
